HCWG also supports the inclusion of bicycle parking to encourage active
forms of transportation among prospective tenants. This project is located

physical activity among residents. The project location is also accessible
to many services, amenities, and jobs. Low-income families and persons
often have limited or no access to personal vehicles and the lack of
accessibility to services can be a barrier to beneficial health outcomes.
Placing housing in proximity to services can reduce these barriers and
improve health outcomes.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this project.
