Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. I’m a resident at 1411 Palm St. for 50 years and my children were raised here. now they are all residences of SLO County . We have a lot of memories here and my 5 grandchildren play on this Cul De Sac ages from 3-12 . The proposed project is just too large and poses a terrible traffic jam at California St. and Palm St. My upstairs bedrooms look out over beautiful trees and hills and with your project we will look out at parking structure that’s noisy from cars honking , chirping, and residences looking right down in my back yard and as for a 3 story duplex with parking along side myself and my neighbor . This developer has not considered how this impacts us and is forcing us from our homes . The project will cause more accidents , angry frustrated parents to get there kids to school on time as well as to work we can’t all have the luxury of riding our bikes to school or work . As for this cul de sac on Palm St . it will be insane and simply no reason for it .
