1. CALL TO ORDER
A Special Closed Session Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council was
called to order on November 16, 2022 at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Hearing Room
at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo, by Mayor Stewart.
2. PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ONLY
Public Comment:

3. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION
Action: City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated that there was no reportable
action on the real property matter, direction was provided to staff as to price and
terms for negotiation.
4. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS (APN 002-412-005
AND 002-412-013)
Action: City Attorney Christine Dietrick indicated on a motion by Vice Mayor
Christianson, second by Council Member Marx, with a vote of 5 - 0, the Council
authorized legal counsel to initiate litigation in one matter, the details of which will
be subject to disclosure upon initiation of the litigation.
5. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 6:02 p.m. The next Regular Meeting of the City
Council will be held on December 6, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
