class-1 standpipe system. Recommend contacting the fire protection contractor
- associated with the design -of these -two fire protection -systems -to -obtain to this -
information.

Annual fire alarm inspection conducted 01/14/2022, License No. 761360.
Annual fire extinguisher maintenance conducted 10/2021, License No. 13591 (multiple locations onsite).
Initial inspection conducted on 02/18/2022 with hotel management. Follow-up inspection conducted on 02/24/2022 to inspect keys installed in knox-box and the
repair of fire alarm control panel and main electrical room doors.
Note: Hotel management directed to review hotel safety plan requirements as set forth by CFC 406.4. - CFC 406.4.6. Paperwork to be provided to hotel
management during initial inspection (02/18/22).
Note: As a general reminder outdoor LPG heating appliances should be located a minimum of five feet from combustible materials (i.e. outdoor umbrellas) CFC
603.4.1.13.
