Record Description On 1/8/23 at 12:19 am I placed a call to to Slo Police Dept non 911 line letting them know that our apt. was flooding from the fire sprinkler openings and and all our fire alarms were going off and they are hardwired. We had tried to get the tenants in surrounding apartments attention, called HOA, Emergency HOA, Management and no one was responding. So City Fire was dispatched I believe because they showed up very soon after. I don't know what station though? We had been switching out bucketloads of water pouring out of 15+ different leaks. After turning off the water the firemen were able to get the tenants upstairs to open the door and it turned out to be a clogged toilet leaking. The fireman told us not to stay in the apartment it was contaminated in their opinion with toilet toilet water. I am requesting a copy of the report from the firemen that were dispatched or whoever does the reports on the incident from that evening. If it's quicker for me to come in to get a copy I can do that too.
