Dear Mayor, City Council and Staff,
Don’t allocate money to build a $52 million police station. There are so many issues in
SLO that cost less than $52 million that would mitigate the need for policing in the first
place. You need to spend that money on services for addiction and mental health,
especially for our unhoused folks.
