Clean trash and overgrowth (vegetation) all around the city Clean up tagging etc all over town Make the city safer and
navigatable for elderly Prohibit street vendors in residential neighborhoods Allow single family dwellings to continue to
be so in established areas (people choose a single family dwelling and neighborhood for a reason)
