Subject:SLO city priorities for the future

Hello,
Our community needs your support in the following areas;
The Ken Hampien roller rink at Santa Rosa park is in dire need for maintenance and repair. If at all possible, could a
cover for the rink be budgeted to protect from the weather? The slightest moisture on the rink surface not only makes
it impossible to skate on, its really unsafe. The general facility needs to be tended to as the boards are beginning to rot
which in turn allows the place to literally fall apart.
Secondly,
The green belt surrounding SLO does not allow pedal assist electric mountain bikes. Please allow this segment of
mountain bike riding access to our surrounding area/trail systems. The wear and tear from such riding is no more than
non pedal assisted ebikes.
Finally,
Please continue with creating more trails surrounding our city. My family really enjoys the system we have and would
like to explore more of the area.
