From October 15th, 2018 to January 25th, 2019 a camera had been placed at Mitchell Park due to ongoing issues with transients at the senior center. From January 25th to present a camera has been place in front of City Hall due to complaints of transients deficating near their back door as well as over security concerns at City Hall due to large cash payments being made for marijuana business fees being payed at Finance. From January 25th to April 19th a camera was placed on Mill behind City Hall due to large cash payments being made for marijuana business fees being payed at Finance. From April 19th to Present a camera was placed at Meadow Park due to ongoing complaints about transients, alcohol and drug use. In June, a camera was placed across the street at 40 Prado for ongoing camping and homeless issues, and in July, a camera was placed on Cavalier for a hate crime investigation.
