Staff provided the following additional information that you might find useful:
- There are no previously issued Certificates of Occupancy for 0 Froom Ranch Rd.
- For that parcel number 053-153-006 referenced in the PRR, there are (3) Building permits issued with
an address of 701 Froom Ranch Way (which have yet to begin construction or request inspection):
o BLDG-0378-2022 NEW 4-STORY, 200 ROOM HOTEL
o GRAD-0310-2022 GRADING & DRAINAGE, UTILITIES, EROSION CONTROL,
IRRIGATION/LANDSCAPE; TRASH ENCLOSURE & SITE LIGHTING
o FIRE-2835-2022 Install overhead fire sprinkler system (1,278 sprinklers) (UNDER
REVIEW)
- There are no outstanding code enforcement issues.

The City of San Luis Obispo (“City”) received your request pursuant to the California Public Records
