Request will include the City’s estimated minimum price and will contain tables to gather more information such as volume needed, existing infrastructure, minimum contract, etc.Parties to complete RFIPs, City to review RFIPs, and City to develop ranking criteria if multiple interested parties result in competing requests.Review ranking criteria and determine negotiating parameters with City Council.4.0 Meet and UpdateInterested Parties Meet and update interested parties regarding negotiation parameters and review RFIP submittals to ensure common understanding.Refine pricing based on content of proposals (volume requested, time of year, location, etc.) and City Council defined negotation parameters.Meet with interested parties for go/no go based on refined pricing estimates and negota-tion parameters.
