Tonight’s Meeting Goals
Commission Feedback –Looking for your early input on the
conceptual park plan as we continue to work on the project’s
Specific Plan.
Are we going in the right direction?
Other Feedback to Date:
Project Charrette -On June 2nd, RRM hosted a charrette that involved
several City staff members from various departments to get their
input on land uses and development preferences.
Parks Department –RRM and applicant have met with Parks staff to
understand the types of facilities and design preferences for project
parks.
Parks Design Goals
Project -Meet parks needs of proposed project.
Open Space -Create facilities, including parking, that
support outdoor hiking & biking activities in adjacent
City open space area.
Neighborhood -Provide park spaces that other
nearby neighbors can also enjoy.
