Hi Kyle,
Thank you for your response. We would like to request a Director's Review. In line with that, please provide the
authority the City is making its determination on. We are also requesting any other documents and communications
regarding the same sewer main that is subject to easement on the Ella property. This would include other properties
that the same sewer main runs through for which the City has an easement.
We would also like the City to address why this would not be a regulatory taking.
At this point since we are requesting a Director's Review it is important I include my father, Fred Bahr, the property
owner and my brother Matthew Bahr, the administrator of our Parents' Trust, which the house is in.
Matthew is an attorney. They both will be participating in the conversation going forward.
