With the advent of the electric bike we should see more bicycles in the green lanes where they belong. An eclectic bike on a sidewalk being used by an adult , student, coils cause a lot of problems. Non electric bikes being used by children on a sidewalk might be a good idea but make the fine very steep for offenders otherwise the privilege would be abused. The city is doing a good job trying to get people to use the green lanes, but I have to say, I see very little use on my side of town when coming into town from the south. It doesn't seem to me there are enough bike racks downtown for students and residents to use. Is that being looked at?
