I have been tasked with trying to get the two of you up here for a pre-project review. Matt, I know that this would be hard for you so maybe we could do a webinar or something like that so you can see the terrain and the proposed re-route of Froom Creek. Froom Creek comes out of the Irish Hills, has been impacted greatly over the years and now the developer wants to allow it to meander through what may have been the historic floodplain through a proposed development. There would be new riparian vegetation and gravels which are lacking now, and we could use material from up the canyon during the grading for the new creek channel. Historically, Alex Madonna cut a road up the canyon and side-broadcast the material into Froom Creek effectively burying Froom Creek. There is a remnant population of steelhead in the upper watershed but with this project, we could put conditions on to make incredible improvements to that sub-watershed. Maybe a conference call first to discuss more in detail. Please tell me your thoughts.
