Ingeneral, thehighdensityand highpercentage ofhousinginthisgeneralconceptseemstosupportcommunitygoalsformorehigherdensityhousing, andtheVillagio designplanisfantastic, withanelegantverticalmixed-useplanincorporatingsmall, welldesigned, densehousingunits. Thesespecificareas ofconcernlinger, andIhopeyouwillconsiderthem, soastoensuretheresultingplaniscommunityserving: RequesttoexceedhillsidebuildingstandardheightAsofyet, theredoesnotseemanyclearreasonforexceptionsowouldhope youwoulddenyexceptionwithoutcleararticulation ofpublicpurposetobegainedfromsuchanexception.
