Hi Shawna – I’m digging through Froom action items and wanted to catch up on this one. I held off
on sending this because I wanted to make sure we didn’t need to run it by Michael or anyone else at
the City before sending it to Vic.
Can you please confirm this is okay to send? Also, I was planning on copying you, Jon A, and Michael
on the transmittal. Does this seem appropriate to you? I don’t usually copy Michael on emails, so I
wanted to get your thoughts before doing that.
