The Draft Specific Plan includes a mix of land uses, including a Life Plan Community with 404 units of independent and assisted senior housing units (known as Villaggio), up to 174 multi-family residential units, approximately 100,000 square feet of commercial/retail, open space (over 60% of the Specific Plan area), and a 3.6-acre public trailhead park that would incorporate four relocated historic structures within the Froom Ranch Dairy Complex.
