We are respectfully requesting tha#you approve The Villaggio a# Froom Ranch. We, and several ❑f our
friends and acquaintances,have been looking forward#o this development for approxima#ely 10 years
when i#was just an idea. We all agreed#hat we did no#wan##❑ be a burden on ❑ur children or
grandchildren, while being isola#ed in our la#er years.We want#❑ live in 5L�wi#hin our happy
community with all#he amenities we migh# need and enjoy. Villaggio fills all#hese needs and peace of
mind.
We ha�e warked,�olunteered and li�ed in 5an Luis Ohispa for 45 years, raised our 2 sans and our
granddaughter wha a#tend{ed}#he 5LCU5D, Cuesta and CalPaly.
I warked as a interpreter in the district and se�eral of the retired s#aff are also laoking farward ta the
Villaggio. It is su�h an asset to aur�ity, our Caunty,aur seniars and aur families.
