the wait list far the Villaggio de�eloprnent to be appro�ed and built.
I have only li�ed in 5an Luis [3�hispo 3 short years but ha�e seen an explosion of
new homes beng built for families, but no#hin� far retired members of the
�ommunity. Completion of Villaggio would make good �ense because it would
free up hundreds of town houses�apartments, etc. for those looking for lower
end affardability.
