Note: City records indicate that construction permit No. 4096-2019 has not been finalized and is missing the following information:
NFPA 13 Aboveground Test Certificate, NFPA 24 Underground Test Certificate, and main drain flow test.
Please coordinate obtaining the following documentation noted above with the project manager assigned to this construction project.
Note: Hydraulic calculations plates not installed on the fire sprinkler riser or standpipe systems for this
building as noted during inspection. Please coordinate with the fire protection contractor to confirm that this
information has been installed prior to requesting main drain flow test for each system. City records indicate
that this test has not been completed for this building.
An inspection for the conditions noted above can be scheduled by contacting the SLOFD Inspection Line (805) 783-7775. All
inspections should be requesting a minimum 48 hours of the requested date and time of inspection.

Inspector Comments:
The hallway exit door leading out into the common pool area was found
to be installed without panic hardware (CFC 1010.10).
Please contact the project manager associated with the construction for
this building and confirm that the exit door hardware has
been installed as noted per City permit No. 0844-2017.
Inspector Comments: Annual inspection conducted with hotel management staff onsite. Hotel currently issued a temporary certificate of occupancy by City
Building Department and pending final inspection. See City construction permit No. BLDG #0844-2017.
Note: Hotel manager directed to provide a current hotel safety plan which meets the requirements set forth by CFC 406.4. - CFC 406.4.6. Paperwork to be
provided to hotel management for review following initial inspection.

2) Repair exit door located at the 1 st floor hallway providing access out of the pool area. Door frame found impaired and did not open properly during inspection.
3) Provide signage for main electrical room. Signage should be visible from street view.
Upon completion of these three items, please contact the SLOFD Inspection Line (805) 783-7775 to coordinate a follow-up inspection for this property.
