Dear Mayor and Members of the Council,
As a long time resident of the City of San Luis Obispo I am writing to express my strong opposition to approval of the
project award for the North Chorro Greenway Project by the San Luis Obispo City Council. This controversial award
should, at minimum, be the subject of a thorough public hearing, and not be a consent agenda item. I believe the very
high costs associated with this project substantially outweigh the limited benefits suggested by project supporters.
