Mayor Stewart and Council Members,
Yesterday, I spent some time going through the correspondence to try and understand various points of view on
this subject. The number of “letters” starting with the same “I am writing to express my continued support for
the North Chorro Greenway…” and obviously originating from the same person, was depressing. I hope you
give real weight to people who took the time to think, and to propose a solution—such as the Lincoln
compromise—that is acceptable to all reasonable people.
