Magellan has a wide range of experience with municipal governments, especially in California, and seems to be ideally suited to conduct the project for SLO. Also seemed that they were going to be looking at a lot more data sets. Task 4 Clearly defined deliverables, clearly lays out a number of options that they would be reviewing and providing recommendation on, and Task 5 Overall level of detail on the work that they are going to do is exceptional. Task 6 The deliverable is superior: Magellan will provide a technical memorandum identifying shovel-ready projects and associated costs and facilitate a workshop to discuss the 5- year CIP forecast.
