Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee
CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee was called to order on Wednesday,
July 13, 2022 at 2:35 p.m. by Chair John Osumi.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Members David Figueroa (Vice Chair - At Large), Robin Kisinger (Senior),
Brian Kragh (Student), and John Osumi (Chair - Business).
Absent: Committee Members Trevor Freeman (Technical), Marlene Cramer (Cal Poly), Denise
Martinez (Disabled), Dinah Nassar (Alternate).
Staff: Transit Assistant Jesse Stanley

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
1. Minutes of the Mass Transportation Committee meeting of March 9, 2022.
ACTION: Due to a lack of quorum, the minutes of the Mass Transportation Committee for
March 9, 2022, are not approved.
PRESENTATIONS
2. Jesse Stanley for Marlene Cramer (Cal Poly)
• Jesse Stanley provided an update on behalf of Marlene Cramer regarding Cal Poly
move in dates and subsequent traffic impacts.

Updates were provided on the following:
• Modified Summer Service
• Madonna at Madonna Plaza Stop Removal

ADJOURNMENT
ACTION: UPON MOTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER KRAGH, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE
MEMBER KISINGER, CARRIED 4-0-4, the meeting was adjourned at 3:09 p.m.
The next Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee is scheduled for Wednesday,
September 14, 2022, at 2:30 p.m., in the Council Hearing Room, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo,
California.
