The streets were re-opened at 10:30 am. Preliminary Arrest and Citation Totals for 3/17 to 3/18: Arrests –18 (8 Drunk in Public, 4 DUI, 3 Minor in Possession of Alcohol, 3 False name to Police) Citations Noise Violation –21 Unruly Gathering -2 Public Urination -17 Open Container of Alcohol -47
