Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Dear City Council Members— My property is contiguous to the property at 841 Patricia Drive. I am concerned about the property owners’ appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision. They are dealing with a challenging topography and making requests for exemption rather than limiting their building project to suit the legal and environmental restrictions in place for the benefit of all citizens and property owners. I urge the City Council to uphold the Planning Commissioners’ decisions and require the owners to adhere to regulations. Diane Halsted 258 Patricia Court 1
