NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. sidewalk installation, curb ramp, and ADA driveway approach per City Standards. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: I. Legal: Lot 8, Block D, of Tract Number 64 Alta Vista in the City of San Luis Obispo, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded December 18, 1951 in Book 5, Page 79 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County. 2.
