NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. sidewalk installation in the mission style along Santa Rosa Street frontage. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk unden1rains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction. The undersigned owner(s) ofproperty hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE MOST NORTHEASTERLY 10 FEET OF LOT 17 AS GRANTED TO THE CITY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, IN DEED RECORDED APRIL 29, 1982 IN BOOK 2403 PAGE 573 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS.
