NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction in connection with complete sidewalk installation.
