FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Nicholas
Muick, Jr. and Patricia Ann Taylor, Trustees of the Muick Taylor Family Trust dated September
22, 2015 (collectively "OWNERS") hereby OFFER to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal
Corporation and charter City, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public street and utilities
purposes upon, over, under and across a portion of certain property described as Parcel 1 of
COAL 10-0086 in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as
per Certificate of Compliance recorded as Document #2012002861 on file in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County described as follows:

Beneficiary's Consent to Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer of Dedication
Murphy Bank is the Beneficiary under Deed of Trust dated October 26, 2012
executed by Nicholas Muick, Patricia Ann Taylor, and Richard Patrick Taylor, recorded
November 7, 2012, as Instrument Number 2012-064341 of Official Records, in the Office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. The Deed
of Trust encumbers the real property described in the attached "Irrevocable and Perpetual
Offer of Dedication " (The "Offer"). As the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, Beneficiary
hereby consents to the execution and recordation of the Offer, and agrees that upon
recordation of said Offer, Trustee's and Beneficiary's interests in said real property shall be
subordinate to the Offer.

recorded as Document No. 2012002861 on file in the office of the County Recorder of said San
Luis Obispo County, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the northwest line of Lot 125 as shown on Map of the Subdivision of
the San Luis Obispo Suburban Tract recorded in Book 1 of Record of Surveys at Page 92 on
file in the office of said County Recorder, said point being distant North 56°30'00" East 60.00
feet from the most westerly corner thereof, thence South 56°30'00" West 60.00 feet to said
