Inspector Comments: This property is undergoing maintenance and the property managers are very proactive in working with the Fire Department to keep the
site safe.
Please ensure dumpsters larger than 1.5 cubic yards remain a minimum of 5 feet from combustible walls and construction, and continue to regularly check CO
and smoke alarms in each unit.
