PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
EASEMENT
A portion of Lot 11, Block 5, of the Old Town of San Luis Obispo, City of
San Luis Obispo, according to the survey and map thereof made by Harris and
Ward recorded in Book A at Page 145 of Maps in the office of the County
Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, State of California and being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the northerly most corner of said Lot 11;
Thence, along the northwesterly right-of-way line of Pacific
Street as shown on said map, S53012'55"W, 48.36 feet to the
True Point of Beginning;
Thence, leaving said northwesterly right-of-way line,
S70044'17"E, 2.41 feet;
Thence, N53012'55"E, 20.28 feet;
Thence, N3°05'41 "W, 2.40 feet to the True Point of
Beginning and containing 43 square feet more or less and as
shown on Exhibit 'B' attached hereto and by reference made a
