NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the granting of permission to temporarily defer installation of certain public improvements consisting of: sidewalk installation, curb, gutter, ADA driveway upgrade.. The scope of work may include but is not limited to additional grading, drainage improvements, plant removals, tree plantings, sidewalk underdrains, and replacement or alterations to the driveway approach and/or on -site driveway construction. The undersigned owner(s) of property hereinafter described hereby covenant with the City of San Luis Obispo to install all of said public improvements without cost to City upon 30 days written notice from the City of San Luis Obispo requesting that said improvements be installed. Said property is located in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and is described as follows: k. Legal: As described in Grant Deed document #2017044369 recorded at the San Luis Obispo County Clerk -Recorder's office on 10/03/2017 at 8:00 am. Lot 6 in block B of Tract No. 138, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map, recorded May 4, 1959 in book 6 page 15 of maps, in the office of the County recorder of said county. 2.
