Method of Access:
Each user affiliated with the Subscriber requires an individual user account registration at
https://research.ceb.com to access and use The Subscription.
Method of Access Via IP authentication using s IP address or addresses. Subscriber
must have a fixed IP address or addresses through which it connects to the Internet. Dial-up
access and most computer broadband services, unfortunately, will not work. Individual
computers may have dynamic server-assigned addresses as long as they use a gateway with a
fixed address to access the Internet.

CEB will contact the Subscriber 90 days prior to the Subscription end date to discuss any potential
changes to the Subscription or the Subscription Price, such as organization size, additions, or changes to
practice areas, or expiring discounts to ensure the Subscriber is aware of and agrees to the renewal
Subscription Price if the subscriber chooses to renew at that time.
Payment Terms:
Each payment is due within 30 days of a Subscription invoice being generated.
Cancellation:
The Subscription cannot be canceled during Subscription Term with any expectation of refund,
whether full or partial.
Subscription User Policy:
All users authorized to access the Subscription must be formally affiliated with the Subscriber as
detailed in the CEB Terms and Conditions located at https://www.ceb.com/terms-and-conditions.
Standing Order Discount:
This agreement includes a discount on print standing orders of ___________percent during the
Subscription term. Returns of updates delivered to the Subscriber before this agreement are

During the term and thereafter, neither party shall provide nor disclose to any third party, unless
properly directed or ordered to do so by a public authority or otherwise required to do so by law, any
information or matter that concerns the terms and conditions of this Subscription Agreement or
regards any dealings or negotiations between the parties relating to this agreement.
