For your request, attached and received on April 13, 2023, staff have determined that we do
have responsive records. However, the plans you seek are copyright protected and therefore
are not releasable under the Public Records Act. You may review the plans in person at 919
Palm Street during public counter hours (below) or arrange by appointment an alternate time to
review them by calling (805) 781-7170, or by contacting Lala Stowe (copied on this email).
Alternately, you may seek permission from the copyright holder to allow us to make a copy of
the plans for your use. Attached are the required plan request authorization forms. Also
attached is a scan of the architect (copyright owner) title block as contact information.
919 Public Counter hours:
Monday & Wednesday, 1 – 4 p.m.
Tuesday & Thursday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
