described in this chapter or immediately after use or when specifically
indicated by an inspection or at the time of hydrostatic test.

1400 D, last done 2017.
Fire extinguisher at unit #6 of building 1400 B has lost its charge and
needs service.
S.H. Clearance b/w Combustibles & Ignition Sources - Clearance from
ignition sources. Clearance between ignition sources, such as
luminaries, heaters, flame-producing devices and combustible
materials, shall be maintained in an approved manner.
NO Clear excess lint buildup where dryer ducts export outside of building
1415 A & B.
