detector through the entire residence.

. I was able to see and
photograph a mold or mildew like substance in
both upstairs bedroom as well as a
downstairs living space/bedroom. This
downstairs bedroom is not permitted and not
legal habitable space. Also I confirmed that
there are no smoke detectors or carbon
monoxide detectors present anywhere in the
residence.
