Dear Ms. Ramos,
I am emailing you regarding your land use documentation request LAND-0200-2023 for 71 Palomar Avenue in
the City of San Luis Obispo. Attached to this email is the response letter to your request as well as other
accompanying documents.
The subject property site plan approval was completed through the City’s Architectural Review process.
Approval of the current development on the subject property was completed through the City’s
Architectural Review process (application ARCH-2193-2015). On January 30, 2017, the Architectural
Review Commission passed Resolution No. ARC-1002-17 which adopted a mitigated negative
declaration and granted approval of the project.
The decision was appealed (application APPL-0158-2017) to the City Council in February 2017. On
April 4, 2017, the City Council passed Resolution No. 10787 (2017 Series) which denied the appeal
and granted final approval of the project.
