Madam Mayor and City Council members
I'm curious, is there a short answer as to why you are paying approx.
$336,000.00 over the asking price of $4,064,000.00 for the property located at 1106 Walnut St.? From what I
understand I believe these numbers to be correct. Please correct me if I'm wrong or if I understand the
information I reviewed incorrectly.
