COMMITTEE PURVIEW
The Tree Committee’s role is to review the project and provide a recommendation to the
Community Development Director to approve or deny the Tree Removal Application.
On June 8, 2023, I posted a public notice for 1 Redwood, 2 Ash, 3 Eucalyptus, 13 Pine
and one unknown tree(s) at 1150 Laurel Lane in response to Tree Removal Application
SR #13794. The removal of the mentioned application was submitted based on:
San Luis Municipal Code 12.24.090.E.
Criteria and Process for Non-Construction Related Tree Removal
Application Determinations Related to Tree Health or Hazard Mitigation or
Property Owner Convenience.
Based on the property zoning of Office (O), the City’s Tree Committee shall make a
recommendation to the Community Development Director to allow o r deny the removals
at this property.

On June 8, 2023, I Posted a Public Notice for a Tree Committee hearing for 3-Eucalyptus,
13-Pine,1-Redwood, 2-Ash and1 unknown tree(s) located at 1150 Laurel Lane in response
to tree removal application SR#13794. The removal of the mentioned application was
submitted based on: San Luis Obispo Municipal Code 12.24.090 (E).
Based on the property zoning of Office (O), the City’s Tree Committee shall make a
recommendation to the Community Development Director to allow these removals.
