Good afternoon Elizabeth.
I have attached my last email to you on this incident since this request is asking for similar information. The
PRA exemption in GC 7923.600 still holds so I am unable to release any records other than those previously
released to you (and included along with the attached email – Summary Sheet and copy of the Public
Log). The items released previously include all that must be released per GC 7923.615.
You also asked for records of “administrative discipline related to the sexual assault”. You listed PC 832.7 in
your request which indicates which records are required to be released regarding peace officers in specific
situations, but this incident does not fall under any of those categories as there was no San Luis Obispo Police
Department officer investigated in this incident.
This case was not sent to the District Attorney’s Office. If you look at the address history check I included in
my last response, it indicates that this case was cleared as unfounded.
Please let me know if you have additional questions or need more clarification.
