The City of San Luis Obispo (“City”) received your request pursuant to the California Public Records
Act delivered via emal on June 27, 2023. No responsive records were found for your request as the
bid opening has not yet occurred. However, I am providing instead the results of the pre-qualification
process. A pre-qualification questionnaire submittal took place on May 04, 2023. Eight contractors
participated, but only six qualified to participate in bidding for this project. The below listed and
attached document is the result of the pre-qualification process.

- Note that The bid opening date for: Cultural Arts District Parking Structure, Specification No.
90435 , is July 25, 2023.
Please be advised that every effort has been made to search for all records which may fall within the
