The City of San Luis Obispo (“City”) received your request pursuant to the California Public Records
Act delivered via email on June 30, 2023. Note that there is only one location currently being leased
by the City and therefore no “database” exists. In accordance with the requirements of the Act, I am
providing the following information which is responsive to your request.
Per the specific request, the City of San Luis Obispo currently pays rent to a private individual or company to
lease space within a building at:
994 Mill Street, Suite 200
San Luis Obispo, CA 93401
Lease Term: July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2025 with option to renew for 2 years
Annual Rent: $120,452.40 adjusted annually by 3%
Approximately 3522 square feet
