We are working through lunch and ordering sandwiches. If your staff could cover the cost of their lunch we will cover everything else. I was hoping to better understand the parameters of your offer. Is there a cost associated with sending personnel? Also, do you have a general idea on the available slots? This will help me strategize who I reach out to internally. Many of our key staff members have attended this same training but I think a refresher for some would be useful and we have new staff since it was offered. I was thinking Planning Coordinator might be interesting for him, especially with the retirement of Codron in July. Just a thought, but also an opportunity to for additional folks to take part. The letter is pretty specific to the $1.8 million for the design phase, but we also talked about additional factors for an overpass and bypassing that would occur. Are you looking for support to those alternative designs, or is this $1.8 million getting you to those alternative designs that CalTrans did not want to support? I like the letter, I was more just curious if this letter requested everything we talked about previously? Thanks dude and hope you all are feeling better.
