Dear City Council Members,
It has come to my attention that on your agenda tonight is the proposal to "pause" the City's
residential parking district program. As I understand it, the City originally meant to reach out
to RQN at a recent board meeting to provide information and get RQN input. However, that
didn't happen.
As a descendant of Dorothy Conner, one of the founding members of RQN and of the parking
district for residents living on Albert Drive, and as a former RQN board member myself, I hope
you will reconsider pausing the program until you have had that meeting with RQN board
members.
