Hello Mr . Carter,
I hope this email fords you getting ready for a wonderful holiday season with your family and friends .
On that special note, the "Brew" (SLO Brewing Co .) as I know it, is full of people I call my family and friends . I know that tomorrow
is the day the city council is going to make their decision on whether or not the Brew can make their big move or close their doors ,
hope you will all make the decision that benefits my family . I know that bars can be annoying, and drunk people are never a fu n
of discussion . The Brew is more than just a place where people go to get drunk . My family (parents and sister) just went there to
tch our football teams play on Sunday . While eating and cheering our team on, we saw all walks of life at the establishment .

Moving the Brew to its new location would benefit the police in many ways . It would cut down on the time they would have t o
respond to possible fights, or rowdy customers since they are ALWAYS parked outside Mother's Tavern anyways since their staff i s
usually quick to hand a customer off to the police as well . With most of the bars in one strip of downtown, it would also cut down o n
ng g irls wandering off and potentially passing out somewhere--everyone can keep and eye on each other .
WIe Brew had to shut its doors all together I could see a HUGE uprising of house parties and even more underage drinking becaus e
there would be house parties . The police would have to start patrolling city neighborhoods more and there would be more and mor e
upset citizens because their loud and drunk next door neighbor is having a party because they refuse to go downtown . SLO Brew is th e
bar for the average college kid . Believe it or not, all of the bars have a "type" of person that goes to each bar . There's not necessarily a
"gang" mentality at any of them, but they all have types of cliques . SLO Brew is meant for everyone .
I know so many people would be devastated if this business had to close its doors for good, and I would definitely be one of them .
Please vote to move their location . Thank you so much for your time, and Happy Holidays to you and your family !
Best Regards ,
Colleen Gregor y
