As I informed you during our telephone
conversation of today's date, our office represents Sylvia
Gordon who is interested in purchasing the above -referenced
real property.
During our telephone conversation you confirmed
that the eleven (11) tanks currently in the ground on the
above -referenced real property have been properly filled
and are in compliance with applicable laws. Please provide
us with a copy of your correspondence file as it relates
to the above -referenced real property and the issue of the
tanks buried on the property. We are planning to close
the sale of the property within the very near future and
would appreciate your sending these documents via Federal
Express and billing us for the cost thereof.

RE: Underground Tanks Located at 692 Marsh, San Luis Obispo, CA
Dear Mr. Gordon:
To the best of my knowledge and supportive documents (submitted earlier), the tanks
were abandoned in place according to applicable codes and rgquirements of that time.
The City of San Luis Obispo Fire Department has directed that the closure of
underground tanks comply with Chapter 6.5 Division 20 of the Health and Safety Code
Section 2672.
I strongly recommend a soil analysis of the site be pursued. With analysis, your
protection against claims of contamination would be put to rest.
