BACKGROUND The DEI High Impact Grant 2022-23 funding recommendations were approved by City Council in November 1, 2022. In April 2023, the HRC updated the assigned liaisons for each grant recipient and in July 2023, the grantees sent in their midyear reports. The Commissioners have reviewed their respective reports and will be reporting back primarily any concerns or questions for staff to follow up to ensure the grantees are executing their contract.
