Dear Mayor Marx and Members of the City Council :
As you make your decision on the move and expansion of the SLO Brew Pub tonight, I respectfully suggest tha t
you consider the fact that, in spite of the direction you gave the developer and the City's Planning Departmen t
that NO rooftop activity was to be allowed, both the developer and the planners have retained rooftop use in th e
documents submitted for this hearing . Council also directed that NO queuing was to be allowed across the
creek and bridges, and yet the plans submitted here request public lining up across the creek on Thursday night s
and at other times when Higuera Street might be used for public gatherings . These are just two of m y
objections to the documents presented here tonight, but I think they are indicative of the lack of attention t o
Council's directions .
I had hoped to present this in person tonight, but unfortunately back spasms will not allow me to be there .I
hope that you will hold the developer to the directions you gave on September 20 `h , directions that will make
this project a better one for the entire city of San Luis Obispo .
